Our personal companies; Hansen Roofing & Construction and Federal Facilities Management and Maintenance continue to provide free emergency home & appliance repairs to NYC Disability, healthcare, first responder and elderly communities, through our non-profit Pediatric Stroke Awareness Julianna Rose Childrens Foundation program.

Please include description of emergency repair, full name and address and contact information. Emergency repairs are being coordinated directly through the Julianna Rose Childrens Foundation and prioritized by severity.

All emergency work is performed within the strict guidelines set forth by NYC Dept. Of Buildings NYC COVID19 Emergency work guidelines of 1 person per call, utilizing PPE and personal distance.

- Accessibility needs
- Roofing repairs for active leaks
- Clogged pipes, non working sinks, showers & toilets
- Repair of essential appliances:
- Stove, refrigerator, boiler, hot water heater, washing machine/dryer, HVAC

Our current projects include those that will help protect the health and safety of commercial and residential building’s occupants and structure, as well as restoration of heat, hot water or power and essential appliances as well as cleaning and sanitizing of facilities.
