RBM Fundings is looking
for an Accounting Associate to work directly with both our Accounting and Construction Departments for project ex*****on from start to finish. As a member of the RBM team, the successful candidate will work with data analysis and input of invoices, budgets, bookkeeping and reporting to support all efforts that go into developing and building our properties. The focus of the position is to implement exceptional project ex*****on strategy, by taking responsibility of the day-to-day operations of our construction sites.
The Accounting Associate will be responsible for communicating all internal departments and report pending job and actions or project activity to management.
Accounting | Operation Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Bookkeeping Basics
AIA and Standard Invoicing
Ability to track data input for Payroll Schedules, Budgets, Contracts, etc.
Knowledge and Proficiency in QuickBooks
Filing and Digital Management
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
Work Environment
This job, within a Real Estate Property Management Company, operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and other standard office equipment.

Qualifications – Education, Experience, Certifications
Education: High School or GED diploma preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of business or administrative training or similar. 3-5 years of Quick Books Software Pro experience.
Knowledge | Skill Requirements: Microsoft Office and other office equipment; filing methods; office practices and procedures; working knowledge and/or skill in word processing, excel, spreadsheets, knowledge of Quick Books and other computer applications. Ability to type accurately, make accurate arithmetic computations, follow written and verbal instructions, communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Other: Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Good organizational abilities. Excellent follow-through skills. Excellent work ethic; dependable and reliable.

Compensation:
Wage: Starts $50K Plus / annual
Time: 5 Days per week
