If a fast, private sale has been on your wishlist, I made 4 happen in the last month.

The first: A darling studio on the tippity top floor of an elevator coop off of the Hudson River. I represented the seller, and this was my third (or maybe the fourth?) time helping her.

My biggest win: This one could use a brand new kitchen, and I secured a buyer that’s doing away with the kitchen altogether.

It Gets So Much Better.

We threw a big gay prom and raised money for gay unhoused teens and I love us so much.
