This is one of those things that I think will actually be healthy for the market place. I know many people in brokerage community disagree with me and disagree with the bill. I think it will create more mobility and more deals. even if the actual monthly rent goes up, the relief in the upfront cost will make a lot more people move when then need to. I am more for a more dynamic market place. (sorry landlord friends - but as you know, I think you do better if you pay your broker)
