I’m looking for a roommate to co-sign a new lease on 2 bd/ 2 bth apt with 2 private terraces (one is 200 sq ft). It's in an amazing luxury apartment building in a great neighborhood featuring stainless steel appliances, espresso cabinets, hardwood floors, and recessed lighting
●You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom
●Room fits a queen size bed, dresser and bedside tables
●Huge window that let in lots of sunlight in your bedroom
●Lots of closets
●Bedroom and bathroom connect to one another
●Shower has 3 jets on the side wall, a detachable handheld shower head, and a tub
●You'll have access to 2 balconies with great views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty
● One of our balconies is so large we have a hammock, table and 4 chairs out there now and there is still plenty of room to fit more things if we choose. Seriously it's the largest balcony I've seen.
● Central heating and AC
● Dishwasher
● The R train station is 2 blocks away. The F & G are 10 blocks away.
● Prospect Park is 10 blocks away.
● Building has an elevator, a doorman, and someone who deals with your garbage and recycling. All you have to do is put it in a closet down the hall from the apt.
● There are laundry machines in the basement of the building or you can go to the 24 hr laundromat half a block away to do your laundry or drop it off.
● If you have a dog, bring him or her along to see if she gets along with my lil snoop. Unfortunately, if you have a cat, it won't work as I'm deathly allergic to them.
