🛑 Buying a home? READ THIS FIRST.
Body: The market is moving, and if you want to win, you need to be strategic. Here is your cheat sheet of 10 Rules for the 2025 market.
✅ THE DOS:
1. Get Pre-Approved: Do this before you even step foot in an open house.
2. Inspect Everything: Even if it’s a new build. Never skip the home inspection.
3. Drive the Neighborhood: Go at night and on weekends to check noise levels and parking.
4. Budget for Extras: Remember closing costs, taxes, and moving fees.
5. Look at the Bones: Floor plans are hard to change; paint colors are easy.
🚫 THE DON’TS:
6. Don’t Make Big Purchases: No new cars or furniture until after you have the keys. It ruins your debt-to-income ratio!
7. Don’t Max Out: Just because the bank approves you for $600k doesn't mean you should spend $600k.
