This game is dull of inspections. This one was for lead inspection to satisfy the Housing Authority’s requirement for a Section 8 rental. The inspector holds this device to each wall, molding in each apt, hallways, stairs. We passed - thankful for that. In Paterson this test costs $175 for the first unit and $75 for each additional. Every day we’re learning as we hustle in the biz.

Congrats to our bright 🌟nephew who became a 1st time homeowner today. Bought a multi-family in Paterson which his family at will manage. This deal had a ton of delays due to covid among other things but he stayed focused and got it done. Thx to all the pros who helped him close. All of us want the best for you J. 💙 We strive to learn then share that knowledge w/ family especially because we need to have each other’s backs and build a legacy.
