Congrats to my clients on their new home in Livingston, NJ! This couple lived in the same building as me and decided to search for a larger home in the suburbs of NJ. We began looking in towns such as Short Hills, Millburn and Montclair before they decided they wanted to be in Livingston. Then we narrowed the search down to new construction homes only. We saw this one while it was being built and they immediately felt drawn to it and decided this was the one. It had a couple of other offers and we were able to beat those and lock this one down for them. After going under contract, there was a lot of work to be done to make it to the finish line but we did it! I’m very grateful for them working with me and I’m so happy for them! 👏 🍾

Congrats to my buyers/friends who just purchased their first home! I met them about 2 years ago when they first began their search. They decided to move from their Jersey City apartment to the suburbs of New Jersey. Now they have more living space and a large fenced in backyard in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I'm so happy for them!
