Things I always tell my clients after they close on their new home 🤍🔑

Closing day is the beginning, not the finish line. So save this list it’s everything I want my people to do the week they get the keys:

1. Make it yours right away: change the locks & codes
2. Meet your home’s systems: find the shut-offs
3. Introduce yourself to your neighbors
4. Find your people early: a good handyman changes everything
5. Keep every receipt: future you says thanks
6. First… celebrate. This is a big moment.
