My sellers were an absolute pleasure to work with, and this sale was part of a much bigger move for them as they relocated to Alabama for work. I’m excited for what’s ahead for them and grateful I had the opportunity to help make the real estate side of that transition a little easier.

🤯 DID YOU KNOW THIS ABOUT NEWARK?

More than 2,000 years ago, American Indians of the Hopewell culture built what would become the largest complex of geometric earthworks in the world, right here in Newark, Ohio.

The original Newark Earthworks stretched across more than 4 square miles, and an estimated 7 MILLION cubic feet of earth was moved to construct them all by hand, one basketful at a time. 🤯

And here’s another incredible piece of local history: the Great Circle is nearly 1,200 feet across and is one of the largest geometric enclosures built by the Hopewell culture.

Pretty amazing to think that a place with this much history is right in our backyard. ❤️
