This sale was truly the result of hard work and preparation! They spent the winter getting everything ready for the market—painting, cleaning, moving, organizing, and tackling all of the little details that help a home shine! Their efforts paid off, and the process could not have gone more smoothly!
One of the best parts of this transaction was getting to know Becky, her dad, and her stepmom. They were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Although they live in the Columbus area and most of our communication happened through phone calls, emails, and texts, it was always great when we had the chance to meet in person! One of my favorite memories was at the very beginning when they took me on a golf cart tour of the property. The 7+ acres were absolutely beautiful, and it was easy to see why this special place meant so much to their family. ❤️
The excitement continued all the way through closing day! The new buyers were thrilled to receive the keys and were at the property within minutes of the final signatures. They couldn’t wait to begin making it their own and creating memories of their own there.

I had the privilege of helping them purchase this home back in 2023 when they were just starting this chapter of their lives together. At the time, they had one sweet little baby and big dreams for the future! Since then, their family grew by welcoming another beautiful baby boy into their family, and made this house truly their own!
This home has been filled with love, laughter, milestones, and so many special memories! It has been so fun watching them grow as a family and seeing all the personal touches they added along the way!

While it’s bittersweet to see them say goodbye to a home they loved, I am so excited for what lies ahead! Ethan’s work is taking them on a new adventure, and I can’t wait to watch them enjoy this next chapter together as a family, making memories and experiencing new places while staying close and connected along the journey.
