Grace West hosted a Resource Day in partnership with Essex County Senior Services. Residents were able to connect directly with service providers and receive assistance with signing up for important programs and services including SNAP, Medicaid, transportation services, home healthcare and nutrition programs.

Memorial Day is a time to honor fallen members of the U.S Armed Forces with remembrance and reflection. We remember and appreciate the ultimate sacrifice made on our behalf by members of the military. Our community will be closed today and resume normal business hours tomorrow!

🎊Older Americans Month Celebration at Grace West🎊

Today we celebrated Older Americans Month with a wonderful continental breakfast. This year's theme, "Champion Your Health," encouraged residents to reflect on the healthy choices they make every day.

Residents completed the sentence: "I champion my health by...." and shared inspiring responses about staying active, taking medications, eating healthy, keeping doctor's appointments, and maintaining a positive lifestyle.

We also took the time to celebrate a very special resident's birthday-someone who is aways volunteering, helping others and bringing positivity to our community.
