Looking for 10-60 acres, goal is for a nice family compound- so could be up to 3 homes. Willing to build on the right place. Would love a live creek, must at least have a pond. Perfect now would be nice land with one home and utilities available (doesn’t have to be metered on property now, but must be possible, ie 💧&⚡️) to build!
Location, location, location- would like near I-35 or Hwy 33, think easily accessible to hop on the highway or interstate to get to both Stillwater and OKC, a convenient county road would be great!
