Just want to say thank you to my amazing clients lately!! I primarily post my land and ranch possibilities on here, but there are a few things on the residential side I’m really proud of, and would love to share:

1. Saving a VA client an over $8000 repair that would have negated the client getting further discounts, we were told were necessary to close by finding a more trusted source to verify it wasn’t needed for safety or closing purposes.

2. Getting an extra $7200 off the original accepted offer price (not just sales price) on that same property thru negotiations!

3. A client being told they were asking too much for their private lot when they offered it for sale by owner to others, only to get it listed and under contract with offers from multiple buyers at over double what those others were willing to pay as “top dollar”!

Why am I posting this? Because your neighbors aren’t always looking out for your best interest. Because someone who gets paid to find something “wrong” with your home and needs to be hired to fix it, isn’t always looking out for your best interest. Do you have a team of people working in your corner to do the right thing and keep the most money in your pocket possible? Based on regions and based on needs, I am proud to admit I have a pretty amazing group of other real estate related trades and professional to rely on, for getting my clients to the closing tables with their best interests at the forefront!

Yes, my face is Land & Ranch, but I love helping my friends, family, and their referalls make their residential dreams come true too!
