My buyers and I have been on long road to get here. A lot of showings, a lot of open houses, and a lot of offers that’s didn’t stick.

After taking some time off, they came back recharged and ready to try again.

Although we were told that this property’s other offers were higher, I encouraged them to offer stronger terms and ultimately we won.

The moral of the story is that the highest price isn’t always the best and to never give up 🔑🔑

As a realtor, nothing is guaranteed until we close. And every once in a while, we get one of those transactions that we think never will.

Well this was one of those transactions that I honestly never thought would close, but my seller never knew that.

After a lot of hustling, a lot of praying, a lot of negotiating, and thinking outside of the box, it eventually happened.

One thing about me is I refuse to give up and I like to see everyone around me win. Especially when they put their trust in me, because that’s something I never take lightly.

I am so grateful for selling my Uncle & Aunt’s home of 49 years 🤍 a truly bittersweet experience that not only touched their hearts, but mine as well.

I will forever treasure the memories, the made with love Italian meals, and the happiest holidays that we shared in their home. It was like passing on a piece of my childhood, a piece of our family’s history, and a place that helped shape the values and traditions that I continue to carry with me today.

Congratulations to my Uncle & Aunt and to the new buyers who we hope will cherish it as much as our family did 🇮🇹 Salute 🥂
