Thank you Dan Combs Real Estate, Inc always for supporting me and my clients.

Congratulations to my seller and his family, only the 2nd owner of this gem of a home.

Our marketing and outreach earned us multiple offers, but that wasn't enough, we needed the RIGHT offer for all involved. We accepted an offer 55K over asking!

I held multiple meetings with the sellers to go over what would be best for them. It was a team, working together. It should not be someone hiring a realtor, it's about forming a team to get it done.

Once we chose the best offer, I referred them to a great attorney to get both sides talking to get to the closing table.

We closed in RECORD TIME, under 30 days. The new owners can now start the school year in a new town, on time.

Congratulations to all, this deal was a pleasure to put together, keep together and execute. I thank the buyer's realtor and their amazing team for getting them funded in 13 days!! What?
