First-time buyers rose to 35%, the highest since June 2020, as inventory opened entry points. Demand remains competitive with 25% of homes selling above list price, but sentiment cooled and homes averaged 2.3 offers.

📊 Pennsylvania's April Housing Numbers Are In!

The median home sale price in PA reached $315,000 in April, up 7.4% from this time last year and nearly 19% higher than at the start of 2026. Sales jumped more than 15% from March, with over 9,400 homes sold.
