🌧️ Check drainage around the property - You can see if water pools in the yard, near the foundation, or by the driveway.

🏠 Observe how the roof and gutters handle rain - Are the gutters working properly? Is water flowing away from the home?

💧 Look for leaks or moisture issues - Rain can reveal problems you wouldn’t notice on a dry day.
