During National Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor the lives, legacies and accomplishments of the Hispanic and Latino communities. This month, our employee resource group VIDA hosted events across our markets and a moving discussion about resilience and empowerment. To round out the month, they are volunteering with a local food pantry to help provide food to our neighbors in need. Thank you, VIDA, for a month of connection, education and impact.

Our annual Cans for Change initiative returns this week as part of Rise by Bozzuto’s Season of Giving. "We really loved our time here at Chesapeake Ridge. We are only moving out because our family has outgrown our apartment. It has been so cozy staying here almost 3 years. Everyone we have talked to at the leasing office, management, or maintenance has been so kind, helpful and accommodating with anything we have needed. The grounds are kept up with and always look very nice. As a mom taking walks with kids, I always felt safe walking around and playing on the playgrounds. We have been very happy with our stay at Chesapeake Ridge and are sad to be leaving but anyone who finds themselves moving in here will love it!"
