Paired with professional staging services, virtual staging can make up the difference in spaces that are lacking character. What looks acceptable or nice in-person doesn’t always translate to a great photograph…and great photos make great for great marketing content!
The first photo is the room as I happened upon it. While large or tall centerpieces on tables can look nice and be showy, they can block the flow of a room especially when translated into a 2D image. Large centerpieces block conversation at the table also.
Large blank walls also beg for character, even if the wall is “busy.” With the advances in virtual staging, we can work with the existing scene in the attempt to cast more vision to house hunters. Instead of a large vase with a large leaf plant, how about a pitcher and a bowl of apples? Or a sangria serving set? We can also customize the art on walls with our own images…the last one is an aerial photo of a local landmark here in the area. With Ai virtual staging, the sky is the limit and we can help you with YOUR vision of how you would like to present your listings!
