All work and no play makes Jim a dull boy! 😄

This past weekend was family weekend at my cottage, and it was exactly what I needed. Most of our time was spent out on the water with my great-nieces and great-nephews, making memories and enjoying every minute of summer.

But we couldn't resist checking out the go-kart track in town, which recently reopened after being closed for nearly 15 years. What a blast!

I may be 66 years old, but put me around a bunch of kids, and I'm still a kid at heart. Sometimes the best moments come from letting your inner child take the wheel!

This sale is especially meaningful to me because this wonderful seller and I go way back. Years ago, I helped her and her husband sell their large colonial and purchase this beautiful condominium. After her husband passed away, she remained in the condo but recently made the decision to move closer to family.

I'm so grateful that I was able to help her once again—and even more excited that we sold her condo for the highest price ever achieved in the complex!

Over the years, I've helped this family buy and sell multiple homes. This time, though, they came to me looking for something different—they wanted to buy nature.

Their goal was to find acreage within an easy drive of home where they could teach their children about hunting, camping, and simply enjoying the outdoors together.
