Sometimes you get a call from a complete stranger who was referred by another party, and you just click. I met this seller on a Saturday morning, and within days he had completed everything I suggested to help get his home sold. He was looking for a quick sale, and we received a full-price offer in less than a week.

I first met with these sellers a couple of months ago when they wanted advice on how to prepare their home before putting it on the market. These sellers were so meticulous that the list of “to do” items was very short, but they completed every one of them — and more.

I get to put them in my car, spend hours exploring different communities, and tour a variety of homes together. Along the way, I’m able to share my knowledge of the area while also learning about them, their families, and the homes they are leaving behind.

Just Sold! 5000 Town Center, Unit 3206, Southfield. It was about one year ago when I first helped this couple purchase a unit within this building. They loved it from the very first moment and fully expected it to be their forever home. But then another unit came onto the market that offered just a little bit more space and was located on a much higher floor. The views faced the same direction, but from a completely different vantage point. Not only can they see more clearly now, but they could clearly see that this was a move they wanted to make.

Just Sold! 28375 Ranchwood, Southfield. This is my second closing this week where the buyer grew up in this area, moved away for career opportunities, and has now returned to S.E. Michigan. I think people are finally realizing what those of us who have always lived here already know — we are incredibly lucky to call Southeast Michigan home. From the great communities and changing seasons to the restaurants, entertainment, and overall quality of life, this really is an amazing place to live.
