After many showings looking at bad flips, lock boxes that were frozen, having to skate and by skate ..I mean we looked like Bambi on ice trying to get to some of the homes front 🚪😂 got out bid on what was their favorite 🏠as it ✅all their boxes 😔 but all was not lost 🙌 my clients decided on a new build that was already finished. My clients were first time homebuyers that were referred to me by one of our Coldwell Banker agents 🫶🏻 as he did not serve the area. Forever grateful for my clients. My client was being relocated from NC to Michigan. We had one under contract but through the inspection period showed it had major foundation issues. Along with other problems that my client was in no position to take on. We sent a mutual release and after a few more 🏡 we looked at a a great condo in Wyandotte and our offer was accepted.
