The "Seller Strike"... that's an interesting point made here, along with the discussion around increased rentals and Subject-To financing. As an investor, I did like seeing this:
"Tenants are renewing their leases at a record level. In April of 2022, over 65% of tenants renewed their lease versus just over 56% in 2019, according to RealPage."

With rising interest rates, homeowners are less inclined to sell their homes since they've locked in low interest rates. Where does the market go from here?
