Last week’s sales meeting gave our team a behind-the-scenes look at the homebuilding process in action.

Our Construction Coordinator, Joe Nikkola, walked us through a home currently under construction and highlighted key details that homeowners review during their pre-drywall orientation. We also had our partners from D.R. Nelson on site, sharing how their team helps keep Lombardo homes sealed, protected, and energy efficient from the inside out.
