Sounds like a good plan… but there’s another side to it.

When rates eventually become more attractive, you may not be the only buyer who decides it’s finally time to jump back into the market.

More buyers can mean:

🏠 More competition
💰 Stronger offers
🔥 Multiple-offer situations
🤝 Less negotiating power

Sometimes buying when the market is less competitive can create opportunities that aren’t there when everyone else decides it’s the “perfect time.”

The better question isn’t:

❌ “Are rates low enough yet?”

It’s:

✅ “Does buying make sense for MY finances and goals right now?”

That answer is different for everybody.
