Been BUSYYYY this summer!!!!🔥 So I’m catching up on some of my SOLD posts!💁🏻‍♀️

- Closed out 3337 Carriage Crossing in St Charles. The first buyer lost his job the DAY before closing… Luckily I was able to secure a new buyer shortly after!
- Sold our FLIP house at 8103 Glen Arbor Dr, Lake St Louis & made a great profit, but also so freaking proud of how this house turned out. The new family loves the house we designed!
- Sold 217 September Street in Moscow Mills for asking price in under a week!!!! A friend of mine introduced me to the Sellers & he ended up being the Buyer’s lender! Teamwork!
- Closed 107 Red Deer Lane in Ofallon! We got 5 offers on this cutie and I’m so happy for the Sellers as they settle into their new home (post coming soon!).
- Helped out more first time home buyers purchase 117 Hickory Trails Drive in Wright City. We scored a big closing cost credit so they can get all new floors before moving in! So exciting!!!
- Leased 1 Oxford Place in St Charles for an out of town investor client. The tenant loves her new home minutes from her mom!
- Helped a client’s family member land this super cute rental house at 2568 Bonniebrook Dr in Maryland Heights!!!!

Whirlwind of a past two months but I’m SOOO thankful for my clients trusting me to help them make their move❤️🏡
