🏡 Another Late Post… but definitely worth celebrating! 🎉

A special end-of-July closing for an even more special couple. ❤️

After 35 years of raising their family and making memories in this home, they decided it was time for a change and a new chapter. What an emotional and exciting decision that was!

We knew this home was special, and it didn’t take long for the right buyer to come along. We received an offer that took us over asking price, just shortly after hitting the market! 🙌❤️

Of course, as we all know in real estate, nothing is ever perfect. 😉 Closing was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances on the buyer’s end. But we didn’t panic. We communicated, negotiated, stayed patient, and kept working toward the same goal.

And finally… we made it to the closing table! 🔑🎉

I’m so grateful they trusted me to guide them through such a big transition. Helping people navigate not only the exciting moments, but also the unexpected bumps along the way, is what I love most about what I do.

🏡✨ A little late posting, but this July closing deserves to be celebrated! ✨🏡

My sweet buyer trusted me to help her navigate a few hurdles during the home-buying process, including a tricky sewer lateral inspection. 🏠🔧

I made lots of calls, asked lots of questions, and worked behind the scenes to make sure she wouldn’t have any surprises when it came to getting her sewer lines repaired and covered. And in the end… WE DID IT! 🙌🎉

She officially closed on her FIRST HOME and, best of all, we were able to get her settled in before she started her new teaching job! 🍎📚❤️

Buying your first home can come with a few unexpected bumps along the way, but that’s exactly why having someone in your corner matters. I’m so thankful she trusted me to help her through it all!
