Before entering real estate, I enjoyed a decorated 20-year career with the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office in Maryland, retiring as the Supervising Sergeant of the Traffic Unit. That experience strengthened my skills in communication, problem solving, and decision making—qualities I bring to real estate leadership today. As a full-time resident of Oak Island, I am proud to serve as Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. In this role, I focus on supporting and mentoring agents, fostering professional growth, and ensuring that our office delivers the highest level of service to clients throughout our coastal communities. I am also actively involved in recruiting both new and experienced agents who are eager to build their business in a collaborative and supportive environment. My wife and I relocated to Oak Island in 2017, pursuing our dream of coastal living. Together we launched our real estate team, Shore Thing Agents, and built a business rooted in service, professionalism, and strong community ties. Outside of work, I enjoy biking, exploring the region on my Harley Davidson, volunteering, and supporting causes such as the Wounded Warrior Project, Alzheimer’s Association, and American Diabetes Association. As Managing Broker, I am committed to creating an environment where agents feel supported, clients feel valued, and our community continues to thrive.
