The addition of Beverly at Lakeside, Palmetto at Lakeside, and Caden at Lakeside represents another significant milestone for HomeTown as we continue to scale our platform and expand our presence throughout Florida and across the country.

This brings HomeTown’s portfolio to over 7,000 units and over $1.6 billion in assets under management, operating across 13 states.
