We’re proud to spotlight clients like Timmy T’s Gourmet Grinders, a local sandwich shop that’s been serving the community since 2014. Through the SBA 504 program, we helped finance the purchase of their Kailua location—allowing the business to transition from leasing to ownership and establish long‑term stability.
