Keller Willams Family Reunion is always one of my favorite events! This year was no different. 13,000 Keller Williams agents came together for 5-days of learning, celebrating and enjoying "family ".

There were wonderful speakers that included and . Those two alone were worth every penny spent.

Gary Vee reminded us to stop complaining and sell some fu***ng 😂 houses! I appreciated Jay Shetty's reminder to stay thankful. The message and delivery of both messages were necessary for me.

As you can see I have Realtor friends near and far. If you ever need a referral, I am one call, text or DM Way.

Great review from Dora... "Alonya’s attentiveness, knowledge and proactive style of work was fundamental to help me find a home. Not just a house but a place I can call home. She welcomed my many questions, most of them out of my anxiety around the process as a first home buyer, especially during December and all the holidays! She would take that as an opportunity to learn what I wanted and provide me with options that would interest me. And she was so on point! She also took time to make me familiar with the area I was interested in, explaining the possibilities of enjoying things I wanted in the neighborhood, which is in the East Oakland area. This process can involve a tone of deadlines, documents and papers and it can be very overwhelming and I worried I could miss or forget things but she was very diligent in juggling contacting the multiple parties, from the loan office to the sellers agent in a way that I trusted that I’d count on her guidance to keep me up to date, although also in my own pace as I made my decision on which place to buy. Great review from Anjana... "This review is absurdly long overdue, but it being the season for reflections & gratitude I want to say how thankful I am to have found Alonya. I am in no way exaggerating when I tell you she helped make my wildest dreams an achievable reality!

Last year she helped me, a clueless first time buyer, execute a far-fetched plan to buy a vacant lot in West Oakland, with the intention to build a legal tiny home community on the property. This involved a whole lot of due diligence and months of going back and forth with the sellers, the city, etc, but at every twist & turn Alonya was right there, getting me the information & expertise I needed and handling negotiations with grace. Even though it was a relatively tiny sale by Bay Area standards, Alonya always treated it as a priority and truly went above and beyond throughout the process.

Over a year after closing, I can tell you that not only Alonya's own expertise, but also the network of professionals she connected me with (architects, arborists, etc), have been profoundly helpful in making this project a possibility. As of the end of 2024 we are on track to move people into 3 permanently affordable tiny homes on wheels on the site in 2025, and it just wouldn't be happening without Alonya!

Alonya, please accept my deepest gratitude, and forgive the horrible delay in writing this. And to those of you who think you need a realtor, but actually need a superhero capable of bringing fantasies to life, just call Alonya. You will be so glad you did!"
