🏡 Adding someone to title is a BIG decision.

I recently came across a story out of Baton Rouge that highlights why estate planning and how you hold title matter.

When someone you love passes away, the last thing you want is an already difficult situation becoming even more complicated because there wasn’t a clear plan for the property.

A trust and certain forms of title ownership may help property transfer more smoothly and potentially avoid probate—but every situation is different.

The takeaway: Don’t wait for a crisis to figure out what happens to your home. Have a plan.

One of my favorite things about Bay Area homes is the CHARACTER. 🏡✨
