Sometimes life changes the plan.

My sellers had owned this home for only a year when circumstances changed and it became time to sell. With limited equity, pricing it correctly was especially important. The goal wasn’t to sit on the market hoping for more while carrying costs continued to add up. We needed the right price and the right buyer.

Not every home sale follows the traditional path and sometimes the best solution comes from knowing who to call and how to think outside the box.
