⚠️ Attention homeowners
Freeze warnings in North Central Florida tonight and through the weekend… ugh 🥶

Quick, easy steps to help avoid frozen pipes:
• Leave a small drip from one bathroom faucet overnight
• Wrap your exterior hose bib with an old cloth, then a plastic bag, and tape it up

This is exactly what I do at my own house. I’m a homeowner too (closed December 19), so I figured I’d share what’s worked for me.

D.R. Horton homeowners: frozen pipes are not covered under the builder warranty, but this is helpful for all homeowners.
