Sometimes you just gotta gush on your gang!

In the last several months we've had so many people ask questions about how to become a Realtor and join our team.

This lady right here asked all the questions, took all the right steps, crushed the course work and then ACED her licensing exam...

Now she's CRUSHING it just a few weeks in...

If we're being honest, Chip and Joanna Gains make real estate look like a fantasy job... so much fun all the time. You find the perfect client, find them the perfect house and they buy it with a perfect closing.

Will you give me just a few minutes?

I need take a minute to celebrate an incredible woman... Pamela Kay.

We're so blessed to have this amazing woman recently join our team. She's stepped into her new role in such an admirable way.

She's helped out us doing open houses, has her first listing active ALREADY and is loving working with buyers... and it's literally been weeks since she got her license.

Let me tell you, this industry is brutal to new agents. From the outside it looks easy, but in reality, it's anything BUT.

I'm not over-exaggerating when I tell you there are TONS of obstacles to overcome just to get to the point of being able to start showing properties, not just the schooling and the testing... But the tech nightmare, the marketing overwhelm, and the fact that you're in charge of your own business.

Pam... can we just say that we're so proud of you for jumping in with both feet and so blessed that you're ready to run this marathon with us.
