📣 We're Testing a New Check-In Process! 🏡✨

To help speed up arrivals and reduce congestion in our office during busy check-in times, we're testing a new Self Check-In Kiosk for arriving guests. It is set-up right next to the office front door.

Here's how it works:

🔹Check the basket for you Welcome Packet
🔹 Your packet will contain everything you need to locate and access your rental property.
🔹 Head to your house and start enjoying Ocracoke! 🌊☀️

If your packet isn't in the basket then your property isn't quite ready, simply add your name and phone number to the sign-in sheet so we know you've arrived. And we will call you as soon it's ready.

🚗 Golf Cart Rentals: Beginning next week, any pre-ordered golf carts will be delivered directly to your vacation rental property for an even smoother arrival experience.

💙 This is a new process we're trying, and we'd love your feedback! Let us know what works well and where we can improve. Your input helps us create the best possible guest experience.
