It was certainly a highlight of my week getting to attend the opening of the HiTone Lofts in Wichita, KS. The Ferguson Property Group knocked it out of the park with this one. This is such a well done and creative readaptive use. It was built over 110 years ago as a grocery warehouse and is now the newest and most modern living option in the old Town district of Wichita.

We had to reschedule our Tulsa office open house due to the storms.  Make plans to come visit us on August 24th!
