Summer in Oklahoma has a way of making you more aware of what’s happening around you.

You notice which parking spots have shade. Which part of the building holds more heat. How long your car can bake in the sun before you reach for that car door handle with a little more caution than usual.

It’s also a pretty great reminder that commercial real estate is experienced in the real world and not just behind a monitor.

Despite the record temperatures, our brokers were out there working through deals, touring properties, driving potential sites, and getting transactions across the finish line all month long.
