It’s an occupational hazard. 😂 I’m always looking at how a room could feel more open, where the eye goes first, and what deserves a little more attention.

Putting that instinct to work for your listing? That’s my favorite part.

Things you’ll NEVER regret when staging your home. 👀🏡

✨ Taking down a few personal photos.
✨ Making room for furniture to breathe.
✨ Spending a little extra time on the details.
✨ Letting go of the décor you’ve been emotionally attached to since 2012. 😂
✨ Making sure every room has a purpose.
✨ Getting a professional opinion BEFORE the listing photos.

Because here’s the thing… we’re not staging for how YOU live in the house. We’re staging for how buyers will see it.

And trust me, a little less “this is my home” and a little more “this could be YOUR home” can go a long way. 😉🔑

I’m staging for the scroll before I’m staging for the showing. 📱👀
Because buyers have to stop scrolling before they’ll ever start scheduling.

Catch the eye. Earn the click. THEN get them through the door. 🏡✨

Your first showing probably isn’t happening at your front door. 👀

It’s happening on someone’s couch, in sweatpants, scrolling through listings on their phone. 😂📱

THAT’S why I stage for the scroll.

Every room needs to photograph well, make sense instantly, and give buyers a reason to stop and think, “Wait… go back to that one.”

Fewer distractions. Better sightlines. Intentional furniture placement. Details that actually translate through a screen.

Because before we can get buyers through the door, we have to earn the click. 🏡✨

Hot take from your stager: open houses shouldn’t be empty. 👀🏡

You finally got buyers through the door—don’t make them work to figure out how the house could feel.

Where does the couch go?
Will a dining table fit?
What do we do with that awkward corner?
Is this room actually as small as it looks?

Staging answers those questions before buyers even have to ask.

If we’re opening the doors, let’s give them something to fall in love with. 😉✨

Every house deserves its main character moment. 💅🏡

The lighting? Right.
The furniture? Working.
The best features? Getting ALL the attention.

Because when your home hits the market, we’re not letting it blend into the background.

Stage it like it’s the one everyone came to see. 👀✨

That fresh staging feelingggg. 😮‍💨✨🏡

The pillows are fluffed. The counters are cleared. The furniture is exactly where it needs to be. And suddenly the whole house is giving, “Wait… do I actually want to move in here?” 😂

There’s just something about watching a space go from lived-in to LISTING READY.

Clean. Intentional. Inviting.

Now quick—take the photos before someone sits on the couch. 😂

Plot twist: your living room might NOT be too small. Your couch might just be doing the absolute most. 😂

One of the biggest things I look at when staging is how the furniture makes a room feel.

Too big? Too much? Blocking the natural flow? Suddenly buyers are questioning the square footage instead of appreciating it. 👀

Sometimes the best thing we can ADD to a room… is absolutely nothing.
Less furniture. Better placement. More breathing room.

We’re selling the SPACE, not showing buyers how much stuff we can squeeze into it. 😉🏡

Every room has a main character. 👀 And no, it’s not the throw pillows. 😂

Maybe it’s the giant windows. The fireplace. The kitchen island. That incredible backyard view.

Whatever it is, my job when staging is to make sure buyers notice THAT first.

Because good staging isn’t about filling a room with pretty things—it’s about knowing what deserves the attention and getting everything else out of its way. ✨🏡

Let the best feature have its moment.

Bathrooms might be one of the smallest rooms in the house… and somehow one of the easiest to forget when staging. 🚿👀

Meanwhile, buyers are absolutely opening that door.

Clear the counters. Hide the toothbrushes. Put away the seventeen shower products. 😂 Add fresh towels, simplify the décor, and make the whole space feel clean, bright, and intentional.

It doesn’t need to feel like a luxury spa.

It just shouldn’t feel like someone was getting ready for work five minutes ago. 😉🏡
