I cannot recommend Morris Smith enough. We live out of state and had two rentals in auburn that were abused by renters and needed so much repair and so much work to be done. We were worried they would sit on the market a long time or that we would have to take a massive loss.
Morris Smith took the challenge. He didnt just list the properties. He went above and beyond in every way possible. He managed local contractors for repairs, personally organized every detail including cleaning and landscaping for curb appeal. His knowledge of the market enabled him to get full market value when the house was sold.
Despite its condition in the beginning, Morris never quit working toward the goal of bringing the house up to being a very desirable home for a new owner.
Because of Morris Smith's dedication, communication and expert marketing I highly recommend if you have a challenging property you need Morris in your corner. If you need a realtor to buy or sell any property, Morris is the best.
