Some closings are easy… and then there are the ones you REALLY have to work for. 😅

This property sat on a beautiful, large tract of land, but the home itself needed a LOT of remodeling. Because of the condition, getting this one to the closing table took time, patience, persistence and a whole lot of problem-solving.

Thankfully, we had a buyer who saw the potential and was willing to stick it out and do what it took to make it happen—and sellers who were patient and willing to hold on through the process.

I had the privilege of representing both the buyer and the sellers, and I’m so thankful to all of them for trusting me through this one.

Not every real estate transaction is simple, but getting the difficult ones to the closing table makes that CLOSED sign feel even better! ❤️🏡

26425 & 26427 Marina Road in Orange Beach are officially SOLD - both sides, one buyer! ☝🏼

This was a unique property: a massive duplex totaling nearly 10,000 sq. ft. between the two sides. Previously listed at a lower price the seller didn’t have any luck getting it sold, so when he asked me to take over the listing, we came in with a different approach.

We made recommendations on repairs, fresh paint, furniture, décor and overall presentation, all with one goal: position the property to sell and maximize his return.

And it worked! 🙌 Not only did we get it sold, but we found one buyer for BOTH sides, which was the ideal outcome for the seller.
