Semi-custom builders give you more flexibility to personalize finishes, layouts and certain design elements.

Custom builders offer the highest level of personalization—from the floor plan to the smallest details—but typically require a larger investment and longer timeline.

The best choice isn’t necessarily the most expensive one. It’s the one that fits your budget, timeline and how much control you want over the final home.
