JUST MOVED…to Baldwin Park Realty!

I did it! It took persistence, sweat equity 😅, letting go…I’ve been silent for 4 months on social media, hyperfocused on what I want… growing my business and myself!

It’s taken several months to make this work transition, serving several clients while under contract then going all in and switching my license over. Thank you to Baldwin Park Realty for embracing me like family.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me along the way in making this decision. You know who you are! 😁 I feel grateful, excited and ready to help people and serve the community. Please have grace with me as I’m still updating all of my marketing channels 😊.

🍏 Most of you don’t know this …I started working in Baldwin Park over 14 years ago as a Pre-School Teacher 👩‍🏫 , I hold my 4 year, B.A. in Early Childhood Education. I would work summer programs ☀️ then into the traditional school year, full time. I’d leave work to go to my second job at night at Brooks Brothers after teaching all day. It was a lot and I did it.

It was a chapter in my life I’ll never forget. I remember loving my commute- the gorgeous morning light shining through beautiful oak trees, bathing each home with sunshine. I didn’t know how or where my life would take me then.

Over the course of my now 9 years in real estate, I had the privilege of helping a lovely family find their first home where they needed an instant community for their son. They bought their first home in Baldwin and then three years later they asked me to list their home and sell it, where it then sold for 73K over ask, setting record numbers in Baldwin Park. Their tremendous equity allowed them to buy their dream home too after we sold their Baldwin home… feeling good every step of the way. That was my next Baldwin Park experience in life.

Since then, I held on to that record setting deal and asked myself what I truly wanted and THAT was it. I just want to sell, negotiate and give clients the best listing and staging consultations in their homes…coming full circle from teaching here over 14 years ago!!

Since my move, I’ve seen so much community, helpful people, togetherness, happiness and family friendly events and it’s really a beautiful thing… from Teacher to Realtor in Baldwin Park, 32814!

WOW is Lake Oswego, OR beautiful! Our first stop was to see family in Portland to celebrate my nephew’s 18th Birthday, my Mom’s Birthday (who now lives in Lake Oswego) and my 40th Birthday! (In October). From the hills of Dahlias at Swan’s Dahlia Farm in Canby, to the waterfalls throughout Oregon, this trip’s property did not disappoint. Makes me want to get my real estate license here! Oh- and Sedona, AZ was our next stop which for me was so unbelievably spiritual. Family, God, Health, Wealth, Real Estate, Vacation. Can life get any better? It sure can because I also found out that one of my gifts for my birthday are 2 tickets 🎫 to AEROSMITH (Superfan). 🎸 😁❤️🎂🎉🙏🏻💯
