The typical process includes:

📋 \*\*Declaratoria de Herederos\*\* — A legal declaration establishing who the rightful heirs are (required if there's no will, or to confirm heirship even with one).

📄 \*\*Título de Propiedad Review\*\* — Verifying the property's title is clear and properly recorded at the Registro de la Propiedad.

💰 \*\*Liquidación de Herencia\*\* — Settling debts, taxes, and dividing the estate among heirs.

🏠 \*\*Property Transfer & Registration\*\* — Updating title and municipal/CRIM records to reflect the new ownership.
