Two closings in one day, with new beginnings all around! 🏡

At 1033 Scramble Dr., I had the opportunity to work with both the seller and the buyer, helping one chapter close and another begin.

Then it was on to 105 Opal Hill Cir., where I had the pleasure of helping my seller through the sale and working alongside Donna Lang with LoKation, who helped the new buyer find their home.

Both transactions came together seamlessly. Great communication, great people and everyone working toward the same goal made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish.

And of course, both closings took place with Adams Cameron Title Services. I’m always grateful for the care they give my customers and for helping everything come together so smoothly.

Days like this remind me how much I love what I do. It’s about so much more than selling homes. It’s the people, the relationships and getting to be a small part of what comes next.

Some closings just have a little more meaning behind them. 🏡

Today we closed on 240 Oak Drive, and this one came with some pretty special connections.

My buyer is relocating to be closer to family and is so excited to call Oak Drive home, while the seller is beginning an exciting move and a new chapter of their own.

What made this closing especially personal is that both Ryan and I have each known the seller for more than 30 years. There’s something really special about helping someone you’ve known for so long move on to their next adventure.

It was also a pleasure getting to work alongside another member of our Adams Cameron real estate family to make the transition as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

I’m especially happy to welcome another new resident to Oak Drive! This is the second Oak Drive property I’ve had the privilege of selling this summer, and I’m grateful to be part of another new beginning in a neighborhood I know and love.
