But real estate is local.

What’s happening nationally does not always reflect what’s actually happening here in our market, our neighborhoods, and our price ranges.

That’s why I always tell people to look past the headlines and focus on the numbers, inventory, and opportunities right in front of them.

We’ve seen right around 50 homes sell recently, with about 70 new listings hitting the market.

Prices are hanging out in the mid $200s, depending on the home.

There’s a little more to look at right now, which is nice, but things are still moving when a home is priced right.

If you’ve been thinking about buying, it’s a good time to start poking around again.

And if you’re selling, how you come on the market still makes a big difference.
