Construction in Osseo starts today! Anyone coming to our office from the interstate will need to take a left on Rose Lane and a right on Seventh Street and you will follow us right to downtown where we are located on your right. Right next to the community center downtown Osseo 🙂 Thank you!

Jenna and Kayla got the opportunity to attend the 2024 WLTA Fall Convention in La Crosse Thursday and Friday. They learned about the latest advancements in title insurance technology, including new tools for improving efficiency and accuracy. They also gained insights into best practices for managing risk and compliance, and discussed emerging trends and regulatory changes impacting the industry. The convention provided them with practical knowledge and networking opportunities to enhance their work in title insurance! They had the best time and look forward to attending the next one!

Great news coming from Total Title Services this morning! We now will be serving Buffalo, Clark and Chippewa counties in addition to Trempealeau, Jackson, and Eau Claire counties. We look forward to helping you with your title insurance and closing needs in more counties than before 🙂

Starting today, Total Title Services will now be able to offer Remote Notary (RON) services! Both Kayla and Jenna are now certified to be remote notaries! If a buyer or a seller cannot attend a closing in person, we can meet with them on their desktop or laptop computer (as long as they have a camera) to do their closing! They no longer need to find a notary where they are located, we can meet with them from the comfort of their home or wherever their location may be!
