Victoria has been immersed in real estate since 2015 and became a licensed agent in 2022. She’s passionate about exceptional customer service and building genuine relationships with her clients—many of whom quickly become friends. With hands-on experience alongside construction projects and in designing new builds, Victoria brings a thoughtful eye for creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful, always tailored to her clients’ vision.
Zach’s path began in IT, but his true passion led him to historic home restoration and building dream homes as a general contractor. As the owner of three businesses, his expertise extends well beyond construction. His deep understanding of permits, contracts, and city processes is strengthened by his role as a city representative, where he works closely with local departments and officials. Known for his attention to detail and “do it right or do it again” mindset, Zach has built a reputation that’s earned him a long list of lifelong clients and referrals.
As a husband-and-wife team, Victoria and Zach offer a rare blend of real estate knowledge, construction expertise, and personal care—giving clients confidence that every detail is handled and every voice is heard.
