Well, yesterday I did an open house for Ashley Dailey of Dailey Properties, LLC Powered by KW Realty Premier at her listing in Collinsville. 6706 E 136th St North to be exact. And YES! yesterday WAS Father's Day. SO if you're keeping score that's Father's day, Mother's day, Memorial Day weekend, Labor day weekend, a Super Bowl Sunday and OU/OSU bedlam Saturday. Fun fact! I actually said, I usually do Sunday open houses, let's change it up and go Saturday this week. That was bedlam Saturday.

ANYWAY.... I had plenty of time on my hands to make a video. Now with our attention spans the length of a goldfish, this IS a 3 minute saga in 2 parts. Part one is the walkthrough and it's kinda quick on purpose because the home is still occupied and y'all know I like to advertise the property, NOT people's personal belongings. Part 2 is "Coy Makes a Friend" and I think y'all will like it. Might split them into 2 separate videos but for now, here it is in all of it's glory....

This might blow your mind, but it is possible to understand this joke AND be a first time homebuyer. Most people think first timers are young people starting out, or they bought a house 20 years ago so they are no longer "first time" buyers.

Hold on to your cranium... yes, most people that use first time buyer benefits are people starting out, but you might still qualify even if you have purchased a home in the past!!

Having trouble getting up the stairs in that old 2 story with that bad knee and need to downsize? GET AHOLD OF ME!! And we'll see what all incentives you qualify for!

This one gives you the shoo-buddies! As in shooo buddy you gotta see this house! Check it y'all! My first legacy sale! My cousin and her awesome family bought this house a few years ago and are ready to move on to their forever home! They are only the 2nd owners and this house is as sturdy as the day it was built.
Located in BARRINGTON POINT in Owasso... so yeah...ya better hurry. Gnome what I'm sayin!

1. Sometimes it feels like an around the world journey finding the perfect property.

2. Both have direct knowledge of multiple locations, points of interest, and local customs.

3. Research! Research! Research! words.....soooo many words.

4. Both carry a bullwhip. (ok, maybe just in certain situations)

Photo dump...kinda. I took a lot more, but most of these have the subject of this post. The people you see. I've had several people want to discuss the possibility of me switching companies. I tell them all, no matter how much "better" splits, incentives, yada yada yada, I'm happy where I am. I've never been "rich", I do all right. But there is something about getting together with good people that you can laugh with, rib each other, and have just an all around great time with, all while learning about the city we represent on a random Thursday that a little more money just can't replace. I mean if that's not family I don't know what is. No, not by blood, but there's just as much love and admiration. We miss our people that move on, whether physically or ultimately, just like we would a family member. We celebrate each other's wins and help each other with advice or sometimes just by listening to someone that needs to vent some frustration, when things aren't going as they should. I mean C'mon...I was uncle Coy to little man before we left the first church. Ok, bad example. I'm pretty much always in uncle Coy mode, but you smell what I'm stepping in.
