Turn Key Homes of Maine will be closed June 29 through July 3 as our team takes time to enjoy the holiday week with family and friends.

We are grateful for the hard work and dedication of our employees and hope everyone enjoys a safe, relaxing, and memorable Fourth of July week. We will resume normal business hours July 6. ❤️🤍💙

Today we're shining the spotlight on Austin Doughty, Chief Operating Officer, who joined the Turn Key Homes of Maine team in the fall of 2024.

Austin brings extensive knowledge and experience in both the mechanical and management fields, making him an invaluable part of the TKH crew. His leadership, strong work ethic, and willingness to tackle any challenge have helped strengthen our team and keep projects moving forward.

When he's not at work, you'll likely find Austin working on one of his many "projects"—whether that's building cars, detailing cars, or taking on just about anything that involves staying busy. If it sounds like work, chances are Austin enjoys it! Outside of his projects, Austin values spending time with family and friends and is always up for a good time and making memories with those around him.

It’s been a while since we’ve done an employee spotlight, and we’re excited to bring them back! First up is the one and only Tanya Marden! 🎉

Tanya joined the TKH team last fall as our Office Manager and she has been an incredible addition to our family. Originally from the Oxford Hills area, Tanya brings dedication, organization, and a positive attitude to everything she does. She plays a huge role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and we are so grateful to have her on our team.

When she’s not at the office, Tanya loves spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling her beloved pup. 🐾❤️

We can’t begin to thank this incredible community enough for an amazing 2nd Annual Gilmore Classic! ⛳️❤️
With everyone’s support, we were able to raise at least $42,000 (and counting!) to help grant wishes and support families across the state of Maine.
A huge thank you to Mainely Wishes for putting on such a special event—and to their incredible board of people who make it all happen. We’re so grateful. 👏

⛳️ What an incredible day supporting an even more incredible cause! Turn Key Homes of Maine was proud to attend and sponsor the 2nd Annual Gilmore Invitational hosted by Maine-ly Wishes. From the creative “anything but a golf club” tournament to the amazing community support, it was a day full of laughter, connection, and giving back.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success. We’re honored to support an organization that makes such a meaningful impact across Maine and grateful for the opportunity to be part of it. We’re already looking forward to next year! 💚🏌️‍♂️

💔❤️‍🩹For the last 15 years, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to work side-by-side with Bearfoot Realty. Not only a business partnership but quickly became so much more — a true friendship built on trust, support, and shared success.

We are beyond grateful for everything they’ve brought to our team over the years and feel lucky to have worked alongside such amazing people. While we are sad to see them leave, (especially Cooper🐾)
