Today marks **3 years with Coldwell Banker Pace**! 🏡💙
What makes this anniversary especially meaningful to me is that this isn’t my first time being part of the Coldwell Banker family.
**18 years ago**, during a financially desperate time in my life, I decided to get my real estate license for the first time with **Coldwell Banker Spanish Trail**. The economy was terrible, but I jumped in anyway. I managed to get a couple of listings and even came *very* close to closing a short sale.
Unfortunately, like many agents during that time, I reached a point where I simply couldn’t afford all of the costs that came with maintaining my license. When renewal time came around, I didn’t renew.
But I never really stopped thinking about real estate.
Fast forward 15 years, and I had the opportunity to come back to where it all started — the **Coldwell Banker family**. Three years ago today, I joined Coldwell Banker Pace, and I’m so glad I did.
Sometimes life takes you away from something for a while, only to bring you back when the timing is right.
I’m grateful for the lessons, the people I’ve met, the experiences I’ve had, and the opportunity to still be doing something I thought about for years.
Here’s to **3 years back with Coldwell Banker** — and to whatever comes next! 🥂🏡
