Sometimes the best office isn’t anywhere close to your office at all🙃

This morning started with one of the best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had, a workout in a beautiful gym, and a few quiet hours getting work done before heading out to enjoy the day.

One of the things I love most about real estate is the flexibility to work from different places while still taking care of my clients and my business. A change of scenery has a way of sparking fresh ideas and making even the busiest seasons feel a little lighter & It’s definitely necessary for this job.

💥💥 BREAKING NEWS 💥💥

I have found another coffee shop worthy of my highly unqualified opinion.

Today’s victim: Dutch Bros ☕️

The price? Not offensive. ✅

The coffee? Delicious. ✅

The employees? Suspiciously happy. ✅

I don’t know what they’re putting in the drinks, but I went from “don’t talk to me” to pretty happy in a few sips😅

This is becoming a serious problem because every coffee review was supposed to help YOU find good coffee…

Instead, I’m just creating an expensive list of places I’m now attached to.

Dutch Bros gets a big thumbs up from me. 👍

🫠🫠I lost a listing last week… and I’m completely okay with it.

The seller wasn’t willing to take the necessary steps to prepare their home for photos, showings, and ultimately the market.

Could I have taken the listing anyway? Sure.

Could I have put a sign in the yard, crossed my fingers, and hoped for the best? Also sure.

But that’s not how I do my business… prepping your home before it hits the market isn’t optional if you want top dollar. It’s one of the most important parts of the entire selling process.

The first showing starts with the photos.
The first impression happens online.
And buyers decide how they feel about your home before they ever step through the front door.

My job isn’t just to list your house. My job is to help you SELL it successfully.

That means having honest conversations about decluttering, cleaning, repairs, staging, and presentation—even when they’re not the conversations people want to hear.

Not every seller is the right fit for me, and that’s okay. I’m not the right fit for every seller.

I’d rather lose a listing than put a home on the market knowing it isn’t positioned to succeed.

‼️‼️COFFEE REVIEW ALERT‼️‼️

At this point, I’m in a committed relationship with these coffee shops😅

Everything I’ve tried here has been ridiculously good, but can we talk about the lattes for a second?! Because they are so good every single time. ☕️🤌 but the cold brew here: not my fav

And just when I think I’ve found my favorite, they drop a NEW menu every month and suddenly I’m abandoning all previous loyalties😆

The monthly menu keeps things fun.
The lattes keep me coming back.
My bank account has accepted its fate.

This place is pretty much always 10/10.

Closing day today was so special!!!!
These sweet first-time homebuyers heard “no” a couple times along the way. But sometimes the right house isn’t the first step—the right lender is. Once we found the team that believed in them and helped make a plan, it was smooth sailing from there. They were the ideal perfect buyers🙌🤍
Today, they got the keys to the perfect first home for them, and I couldn’t be happier for them😊😊 I already know they’re going to make this house their own, filling it with all the little things that turn a house into a home.
What makes this even more special is that they are the SIXTH member of their family I’ve had the privilege of helping buy or sell a home. That kind of trust is insane! I am so so grateful. ❤️
To Cody and Aracely: thank you for continuing to trust me even when things didn’t make sense! And Watching this whole family grow through homeownership has been one of the greatest gifts of my career by far.

🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️HOW TO PICK A REALTOR WITHOUT ACCIDENTALLY HIRING A PROFESSIONAL DOOR OPENER🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️

Hot take: your Realtor’s job is not just unlocking houses and saying, “wow, look at these countertops.” Or “yes I can list your house for this price even though no comparable supports it”

You’re making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

You need someone who:
✅ knows how to negotiate when things get messy
✅ can spot red flags before they become expensive problems
✅ guides you through contracts that look like they were written in ancient hieroglyphics
✅ answers the 47 panic texts you’ll inevitably send

Buying or selling a home isn’t a DIY Pinterest project.

You don’t need a salesperson.
You need a guide.

Someone who can confidently walk you from “I have no idea what I’m doing” to “I can’t believe I own this house.” Or “I can’t believe I got this much money out of selling my home.”
